There are 3 distinct workout types: Ergatta (race-based competitions against yourself and other members of the community), Guided Row (structured, interval workouts built to hit personalized SPM and Split targets), and Open Row (self-led rows for time or distance at your own pace). Workout categories include Endurance, HIIT, Technique, and Competitive. Workout difficulty ranges from Easy to Very Hard and from 10-60 minutes.
