Interval Workouts give you a series of different targets to hit over time. You'll be scored based on the percentage of targets you successfully hit.Interval Workouts are structured, interval-based workouts that challenge you to hit and maintain personalized SPM & Split targets.
There are hundreds of options to choose from, each with different focuses (target Split, target SPM, or a Hybrid of the two), categories (HIIT, Endurance, Technique), durations (10-60 minutes) and difficulty levels.
How do Pulse Workouts work?
Pulse Workouts give you a series of different targets to hit over time. You'll be scored based on the percentage of targets you successfully hit. The goal is to hit a target zone, and then maintain that target for a set period of time.
When you're in the target zone, you'll see a maintain bar pop up, showing you how long you have to keep the ball in that zone.
