Open Row workouts are unstructured workouts, open to your discretion as to how you want to row. To that end, you’ll have three core options:
- You can set a time for how long you’d like to row
- A distance for how far you’d like to row
- Or nothing at all, allowing you to just row with no boundaries
Regardless of which option you choose, once in your workout you’ll be able to track your output in real-time through on-screen metrics, as well as a visualization displaying your speed as it changes throughout.
