I am seeing a “Failed to connect to Ergatta" error on my Ergatta Rower
If you are seeing a “Failed to connect to Ergatta” error message on your touchscreen, please follow the below troubleshooting steps.
- Power cycle the touchscreen. Hold the power button for about three seconds until you see “Shutting down” on the screen. Wait 30 seconds and then power the touchscreen back on.
- Ensure that you are successfully connected to the Internet.
