COVID-19 Shipping FAQ
During these times of social distancing, we are taking extra care to adhere to proper health and safety protocols, in an effort to ensure that all of our customers feel comfortable when their order is delivered. For our delivery service, we have teamed up with a delivery partner that has installation technicians stationed all over the country. When your order ships from our manufacturer, it is first shipped to the closest local technician in your area. The technician will then assemble your machine for you offsite; once your rower has been assembled, our delivery team will contact you directly to coordinate a delivery date and time with you.
Any special instructions that you have in regards to your delivery can be made over the phone when our team contacts you to schedule your delivery. Please note that everyone involved in your delivery will be wearing gloves and a face mask. Our delivery teams are fully prepared to carry your assembled rower into your home and set it up in any room/space of your choosing; that said, if you would prefer that our delivery team not enter your home, you can also instruct them to leave your rower outside.
