Ergatta Membership Questions
An active membership is required in order to access the Ergatta platform, which gives you access to our game-based workouts, personalized Intensity Zones, Races, workout history, and more. A single membership supports an unlimited number of profiles.
We offer two membership plans:
- An annual membership
- A monthly membership
When you receive your rower and power on the touchscreen for the first time, you’ll be prompted to select your membership plan and enter your payment information.
An Ergatta Membership includes:
- Unlimited profiles on a single device for your entire household
- Access to Ergatta’s unique and growing library of game-based workouts
- Real-time performance tracking and visualizations
- Personal dashboards with your workout history and fitness progress
- An engaged community of Ergatta members to connect and compete with
- Opportunities to unlock charitable donations made on your behalf by Ergatta
Can I use Ergatta without an active membership?
If you choose to pause or cancel your membership, you will have access to a limited Open Row module of Ergatta. In this module, you will be able to:
- Start a Free Row
- See key metrics as you workout
- Connect your headphones and/or heart rate monitor
- Access tutorial videos
You will not be able to access or use:
- Any structured workout content including Interval workouts, Race workouts, Scenic Rows
- Push Programs
- Ergatta Rankings or Dashboard
- Stored workout data
- Calibration or personalized Intensity Zones
Should you choose to reactivate your Ergatta membership, your prior workout history will be restored and accessible.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
You may cancel or pause your membership at any time! Please note that we are only able to pause a membership for a maximum of 3 months in a 12-month period.
