How to calibrate your Ergatta profile
Calibrating your profile will help you get the most out of your workouts and personalize the Ergatta experience.
What is calibration?
The Calibration exercise is a 2,000 meter unstructured row, which should take you up to 13 minutes to complete. You can complete the initial calibration exercise by tapping the CALIBRATE button on the main menu, and can manually recalibrate by selecting the RECALIBRATE button in the “Your Intensity Zones” section of your dashboard.
What is calibration used for?
When you’ve completed your calibration, Ergatta will analyze your workout data to establish your personalized “Intensity Zones” and to facilitate match-making against fair competition in Race Workouts.
How often do I need to recalibrate?
We recommend recalibrating every 10-12 workouts. Over time, Ergatta will recalibrate based on your workout and performance data to make sure you are constantly being challenged as you make progress.
