If you're not seeing any metrics show up when you row using Ergatta, there may be an issue with the rower sensor connection.
Here are a few troubleshooting tips:
- Check the sensor cable connections - make sure they are firmly connected (and 'click' into place). Follow the steps in the video here.
- Try un-plugging and re-plugging the cables.
- Check that the sensor disc is in place. Follow the steps in the video here.
