COVID-19 Info: Safety Protocols for Ergatta Deliveries
If you opt to receive your rower with expert assembly, we are taking extra care to adhere to proper health and safety protocols in an effort to ensure that all of our customers feel comfortable when their order is delivered. When your order ships from our manufacturer, it is first shipped to our delivery partner’s closest local technician in your area. The technician will then assemble your machine offsite and our delivery partner will contact you directly to coordinate a delivery date and time with you.
Any special instructions that you have in regards to your delivery can be given when our delivery partner contacts you to schedule your delivery. Please note that everyone involved in your delivery will be wearing gloves and a face mask. Our delivery teams are fully prepared to carry your assembled rower into your home and set it up in the room/space of your choosing, however, if you would prefer that our delivery team not enter your home, you can also instruct them to leave your rower outside.
