I am seeing a “Trouble Connecting to Ergatta" error on my Ergatta Rower
If you receive the "Trouble Connecting to Ergatta" error message, please check that the USB connection is intact.
Below are some troubleshooting tips:

Ensure that the USB cable is plugged into the port on the left-hand side of your tablet. Reference the "CORRECT SET-UP" photo below.
- Please also ensure that the larger end of the USB cable is not plugged into the port upside down
- Try un-plugging and re-plugging the USB cable on both ends.
