I am seeing a “USB Connection Issue" error on my Ergatta Rower
If you receive the "USB Connection Issue" error message, please check that the USB connection is intact.
Below are some troubleshooting tips:

Ensure that the USB cable is plugged into the port on the left-hand side of your tablet. Reference the "CORRECT SET-UP" photo below.
- Please also ensure that the larger end of the USB cable is not plugged into the port upside down
- Try un-plugging and re-plugging the USB cable on both ends.
