If you are not satisfied with any Ergatta product, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a complete refund, including delivery and possible sales taxes. Any used membership time will not be refunded.
Returned products must be received in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. If the product is returned with damaged or missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

Professional Delivery and Assembly Returns
Ergatta rower returns are picked up from your home by a technician for free. Zero boxes, zero labels necessary.
Ground Shipping (Self Assembly) Returns
If a self-assembly customer chooses to return within the trial window there are two paths:
- We arrange a tech to pick up the rower, if you want. This option can lead to some wait time depending on where the customer is.
- We will send the customer boxes and labels and arrange a FedEx pick up for them.
