The Ergatta rower is excellent for beginners and experienced rowers alike. It will read your fitness profile and generate a personalized library of workouts adequately designed to advance your progress: enough challenge to push you, but not too much to be undoable. You will always have the option to select between easy, medium, hard, and very hard workouts, and these intensities will be relative to your fitness level.
We also offer push programs that are specifically designed for beginners to allow you to work on your form and get familiar with your rower.
