Do you deliver to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we do offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, however, only Ground Shipping (self assembly required) is available and is priced at $199. For instructions on how to assemble the rower, please reference this video:

The rower will ship within 5-10 days from purchase, but may take a bit longer to arrive as it would be shipped via USPS. Below are some other common FAQS: 

How will the Ergatta be shipped to me?
The Ergatta will be shipped in 3 boxes via USPS. 

What happens if I decide to return my Ergatta?

If you decide to assemble your Ergatta and later decide to return, you would be required to ship the rower back to us. We are not able to facilitate a pick up. You will be refunded in full, less the cost of shipping.
