Yes, we do offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, the upgrade package would ship within 2-3 weeks from purchase, but may take a bit longer to arrive as it would be shipped via USPS. Shipping is priced at $199.

What happens if I decide to return my Upgrade Package?

Our return policy allows you 30 days to experience the Ergatta Upgrade Package risk free. If you decide it is not for you, we will provide you with a return shipping label and have you send it back to us for a full refund less the cost of shipping. Any used subscription time would not be refunded.
