I am having trouble registering my account

If you’re having difficulty registering your account, this may mean that you are using an email or username that is already taken.

• Try shutting down and restarting your touchscreen by holding down the power button on the back for 3 seconds. Once the touchscreen shuts down, press the power button once more to reboot. Retry the account creation process using the same information.
• Try registering with a different username or email address.
