Creating a Profile on a Secondhand Ergatta

We’re excited that you’re joining the Ergatta community! Before you create a profile on your new Ergatta’s touchscreen, please follow the below steps to perform a factory reset on the touchscreen. This will clear the previous owner’s profile information from the touchscreen and allow you to set up your membership.

• Power on the touchscreen
• Tap the upper lefthand corner of the "Profile Selection" screen 7-10 times
• This will exit the Ergatta app for you, and take you to the touchscreen's home screen
• When you're on the home screen, swipe up from the bottom to pull up the touchscreen's settings (the gear icon)
• Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset Options > Erase all Data (Factory Reset)
• Restart the Ergatta touchscreen

If you created your profile before completing a factory reset, please reach out to us at support@ergatta.com. Let us know the email address that you used to create your profile and we’ll be able to reset your touchscreen for you.
